It's a S-a-t-u-r-d-a-y, a day to have funnnnn! but well, I'm at uni. :( samo I'm ~~STUDYING :(~~
My exam is next Wed, and I havent even study finish. urgh, I'm so screwed :(
Cognitive is so difficult and confusing. and worst part is CHP, history -.- it's like..

Hey people! I'm blogging using iPhone. (:
Awesome! Hehe. I was quite a dumb person, bought iPhone for quite some time and until recently only I discover the amazing function of IPhone!-.- LMFAO. Btw btw, iPhone 4s and iPad2 jailbreak coming out like SOOOOOON! Woots (: which meanssss... iPhone4 gonna support the super awesome SIRI soon*excited* cant wait till it release! I played with Siri using my Brother's phone nd she's so awesome but to be honest, sarcastic :p but I like SIRI.
Another update is I'm totally addicted to Starbucks, thanks to my boyfriend -.-check out how many Starbucks tumblr we bought:/

Today was pretty awesome (: hmm.. alot of new knowledge which is driving me crazy.

hmm.. woke up at 7,45 in the morning then went library to study until lunch hour.

Yeah I know it's quite late to say that cause its like.. 12th of December :/

urgh. December gonna be a stressful month :(

sigh, cause we gonna have our ~~sem test~~ by January 2012! which is.. NEXT MONTH

One of my wish is to own a berry cute doggie.♥

I really wish to have one. :(

At first, boyfriend told me we could have one soon.

and I was really happy!(:

but.. now we don't know what to do with the doggie during weekend :(

and so we needa give up on it.

sigh :/ srsly quite disappointed and I feel quite down.

but well nvm, I'll get one soon!

maybe in.. hmm.. 3 years time?

after I graduate? hmm.. I guess I'll get one no matter what by then.

hmm.. time to be HAPPY I guess.

and everyone would be really busy, I guess I'll just go clubs and countdown and stuffs.

That's what I do for ~~EVERY CHRISTMAS~~ since I was 16 -.-

24th- christmas countdown party with friends in clubs

25th- church gathering, present exchange

26th- family gathering to celebrate christmas

I wan a different 18th christmas, I duwan to repeat the same things every year.

I wan this christmas to be meaningful and memorable.

I did realized that we started to have alot of conflicts :(

it's a bad thing, a really bad thing.

I felt bad for always throw tantrums on you and all those wrongs that I've done.

I promise I won't complaints so much and I'll appreciate everything I have.

I really learned alot after we couple, you taught me alot of stuffs.

以中醫來說，綠豆味甘寒，能入心、胃兩經，具有清熱消暑、清血利尿、明目降壓等功效，是不可多得的「濟世良穀」。

綠豆2大驚人排毒效果

所有食物的攝取都應該以中庸為原則，綠豆也是每天1-2碗即可，否則都會適得其反。綠豆仁較甘平，能補氣安神，潤澤肌膚作用較強，身體虛寒的人可以食用。綠豆皮則甘寒，能清熱解毒，除溼利尿，消暑解渴作用強，但身體虛寒的人不可單獨食用。

誰不適合多吃綠豆？

綠豆性味甘寒，常拉肚子、慢性胃腸炎、肝炎等脾胃虛弱的人，或甲狀腺機能低下者，不可常吃綠豆。
一般豆類食物含有棉子糖(raffinose)及水蘇糖(stachyose)容易引起飽脹，但綠豆所含這些成份是最少的。每100g的綠豆水蘇糖平均含量為1.01g，而每100g大豆則含有1.25g以上，因此綠豆較容易消化，不易引起脹氣。容易脹氣的人，可酌量食用。

巧妙搭配溫性食材
綠豆能入心、胃兩經，具有清熱消暑、清血利尿、明目降壓的功效，但食性寒涼。體質寒虛的人不妨試試將綠豆加上溫性的南瓜，煮成甜湯、或是加鹽成為鹹湯都很美味。如果想當正餐的湯品，也可以用排骨高湯做湯底，加上蔥薑，再加綠豆與南瓜燉30分鐘，當令好湯即可上桌囉！

It's a berry funny and stressless show (:

The whole cinema is laughing from the beginning till the end XD

but somewhere in the middle there's some sad moment which "Po-the panda"

remember about his life and his parents, and I cried.

but overall.. nice one!!

after that we headed to Chili's Grill Bar & Restaurant at MV.

The engineers are going to UK next month.

I know it had been years since I last update.

I'm so so so sorry, I apologize.

was really busy with exam :(

and well, now part one of exam was over!

I got freedom for around.. 9 days!

lol. although it's only 9 days.. I'm really happy!

2 weeks since before Cognitive paper which is on the 10th of May,

library had became my 2nd house.

study from Monday-Sunday and Sunday-Monday.

how lifeless it is :'(

after cognitive is social then after social it's counseling essay,which is today.

Counseling paper is down.

but well, I don't have enough time to finish it :(

the question is compare&contrast the counseling process of CBT&PCT.

dammit!!

I got damn a lot of points to write, and I don't have enough time :(

but anyway, I completed the essay..

with a very very brief and simply conclusion.

I feel bad for not update for such a long time.

Honestly, I forgot about my blog.

coursework was too heavy and it takes a lot of time.

and I've been stressing for the last few weeks,

It's so tiring, but this isn't an end.

Next week would only become worst.

Next Monday we having third tutorial for Counseling (12pm-2pm).

Thursday we gonna have practical test.

Friday 2:30pm-5:30pm- Statistics test.

5:00pm deadline for counseling essay.

According to seniors who took counseling last year,

we need to find at least 12 journals to support the essay :(

except all this, I'm also facing some r/s probs which is really complicated

and unable to solve.

I know there's a saying said that nothing is impossible.

But in order to solve problem,

you need the courage to face it.

But for now, I dont even dare to face it.

How am I going to solve the problem?

I need time, time for me to really be prepare, and I'll do it.

thanks to my berry awesome babes who's always beside me when I need someone to talk to.

I had never imagine that I would meet such a awesome groups of friends

during my uni life.

At first I thought that it would really be boring for this 3 years,

and I gonna be alone and feel lonely and emo everyday.

but who knows, God changed my life, again.

Pull me out from all the dramas which happened in JB,

brought me dreams which really come true,

and gave me new life.

Although dramas are still going on in my life,

but comparing to before,

it's much more better!

lol XD at least, I have a group of dearies who helped. (:

I feel like posting my prayer of today.

here comes my lil prayer:

Dear Jesus, I thank you for everything you gave,

I thank you for your amazing love,

thank you for giving me a group of awesome friends,

and thank you for sacrifice a lot for me.

I know that I shouldn't run away from problem,

but I am scare.

I scare that I might lose everything.

I feel insecure.

Please give me the courage to face and solve it.

I really don't feel like running away.

I've always complaint that why everyone have secret except me.

but then now I realize, having a secret is really tiring.

I don't want a secret anymore.

I wish I would say it out and solve everything.

來，今天寫寫2011年2月2號年除夕回家之旅 (:

昨晚一點多睡..

then今天早上6點多起床 =/=

現在是晚上10點12分..

終於知道【後悔】2個字了..

整個就是很累！

決定寫了部落格就睡了..

早上起得很早，都沒時間吃早餐..

Finally~

I went to church yesterday.

It had been months since I last went to church.

OMG =/=

time flies..

well,today is 30th of Jan..

pepps,can uu imagine?

that the first month of Jan is also over!?

It feels like the last day of Dec'10 had just past.

Went to Bukit Indah's church to look for babe Lele (:

sad dou, didn't take picture.

INCONVENIENCE =/=

cause it is church!

and we went off before it ended.

after that we went to steamboat^^

yahoo~

It had been raining non-stop for few days...

and when it rains!

it's time for hot stuffs!

which means that steamboat is the best food to eat when raining XD

ok..

and My grandpa was admitted to hospital 2 days ago.

we went to visit him this morning.

so glad to hear that he's fine now!

thank God for the amazing work!!
